1. Introduction
The contract for the provision of services by MGR Residency is made between the guest and the hotel upon confirmation of booking. These terms ensure a transparent and safe environment for all our residents.
Booking & Stay Terms
A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests upon check-in. Indian nationals must present a valid Aadhar Card, Driving License, or Voter ID. Foreign nationals are required to present a valid Passport and a current Visa or E-Visa as per local regulations.
The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to book a stay at MGR Residency. Children under the age of 10 may stay free of charge when occupying the same room as their parents or guardians, utilizing existing bedding. Extra bedding requests are subject to availability and additional charges.
Standard check-in time is 12:00pm and check-out time is 11:00 (11:00 AM). Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to room availability and may incur supplemental fees. We recommend contacting our concierge in advance to coordinate your arrival.
Payments & Cancellations
Payment Terms
A valid credit card or advance deposit is required to secure your reservation. All outstanding balances must be settled in full upon check-in or as per the specific rate plan terms.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the arrival date (by 2:00 PM local time) will not incur a penalty. Cancellations within this 24-hour window result in a one-night charge.
Refund Protocols
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Direct advance payments may be held as credit for future stays upon request.
Guest Policies
To ensure a sanctuary of refined peace and artisanal comfort for all our residents, we kindly ask you to observe the following protocols during your stay at MGR Residency.
Pristine Environment
MGR Residency maintains a strictly smoke-free environment across all indoor spaces and suites to preserve the aromatic purity of our sanctuary.
Quiet Hours & Sanctuary Peace
We observe quiet hours from 22:00 to 06:00 daily. We request our guests to maintain a cinematic serenity in all common and corridor spaces during these times.
Pet Policy
We welcome well-behaved pets with prior notice. To ensure the comfort of all guests, please adhere to the following rules:
- Prior notice of pet arrival is required.
- Maximum of 1 small or medium-sized pet per room.
- Pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier in all public areas.
- Pets may not be left unattended in guest rooms at any time.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets immediately.
- Any damages or additional deep-cleaning required will be charged to the guest's account.
Liability & Hotel Rights
MGR Residency shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to guest valuables, including cash, jewelry, or electronics, while on the premises. Guests are encouraged to utilize any in-room security features provided or consult the concierge for assistance with securing important items. The management reserves the absolute right to refuse service or evict any guest without refund whom they deem, at their sole discretion, to be engaging in misconduct, causing a disturbance, or violating hotel policies.

At MGR Residency, we are committed to protecting your personal information. We collect data solely to facilitate your luxury stay and spiritual pilgrimage experience. By using our website, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. We ensure that your contact details, payment information, and preferences are handled with artisanal care and cinematic security protocols.

Force Majeure & Governing Law
MGR Residency shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Andhra Pradesh, India. Any disputes arising in relation to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Srikalahasti or Chittoor district.
